Free iOS app

A free car maintenance tracker that works offline.

AutoKeep keeps the service journal, fuel log and reminders for every car you own. Nothing leaves the phone, and every feature is free.

What’s inside

  • Service journal — every oil change, brake job and inspection, logged with receipts, photos and cost breakdowns.
  • Fuel log — log fill-ups, track L/100 km trends, compare monthly consumption. Five fuel types supported.
  • Triple-trigger reminders — set by date, mileage and engine hours simultaneously. The first trigger that fires wins.
  • Cost of ownership — purchase price plus depreciation plus every recorded expense. One number for what your car really costs.
  • Document vault — insurance, registration and receipts kept on-device, with expiration alerts.
  • Unlimited vehicles — each car gets its own isolated history, fuel log, reminders and analytics. One tap to switch.

Four screens, one garage

  • Assets — every vehicle one tap away: odometer, next service due, open issues, total spending. Add as many cars as you like.
  • Timeline — full history, not just the last oil change. Every service, fill-up and document in one scroll.
  • Reports — see where the money actually goes: cost per kilometre, fuel trends, maintenance by category.
  • Reminders — your car tells you when it needs help, by date, mileage or engine hours, whichever hits first.

Screenshots of all four are on the AutoKeep site .

Why a fleet-data company ships a driver app

Asset Track builds telematics software for Wialon fleets — service intervals, fuel analytics, driver scoring. AutoKeep is the same discipline pointed at one car instead of three thousand: the odometer still matters, the service still has a due date, and the record should still outlive the app that holds it. Its sibling, MileTrack, does the same for mileage and tax logs.

FAQ

Is AutoKeep really free?

Yes. Every feature is free — no paywalls, no subscriptions, no in-app purchases.

Where is my data stored?

On your iPhone, in iOS encrypted storage. Nothing is sent to any server — there is no backend, no account, and no tracking SDKs.

How many vehicles can I track?

Unlimited. Each vehicle gets its own service history, fuel log, reminders and analytics, with one-tap switching between them.

How do the reminders work?

Reminders fire by date, mileage, or engine hours — all three at once, and the first trigger that hits wins. Most apps only do date.

Does it know my car's service schedule?

Pre-built templates cover 50+ manufacturers — BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, Toyota, Honda, Kia and more. Anything else, type it in manually.
