• The report engine is not an analysis tool

  An online report gets five minutes of server time and a detalized report caps at 400,000 rows. Continuous execution for one user from one IP is capped at ten minutes, and crossing it locks reporting out for a further ten. That is fine for a scheduled report and wrong for someone exploring a question, where the answer arrives by trying five variations of it.

• The free app catalogue has stopped moving

  Every application on apps.wialon.com carries an Outdated label — 25 of them, including Gurtam's own dashboard app. The gap between what the platform ships and what a fleet manager needs day to day is not being closed there.

• History has a shelf life you have to work around

  Wialon Hosting keeps unit history for 400 days by default and removes older messages automatically. Any analysis that reaches past that window needs the data mirrored somewhere else first, which is a different product and a different decision.

How it connects

   Step 1: Sign in

   Enter a work email and the one-time code sent to it. No separate password to manage or reset.

   Step 2: Generate a Wialon token

   Wialon issues the token from its own authorization page, so credentials never pass through FleetTAB. The token is 72 characters and is validated on entry.

3. 3

   Step 3: Connect the account

   Paste the token once. The connection is maintained from that point on, and the token can be revoked in Wialon at any time.

   Step 4: Work from the data

   Units, trips, sensors and driver assignments appear as they exist in Wialon. Nothing is duplicated or re-entered.

FleetTAB ships white-label. Partners deploy it under their own brand and domain, and the customer sees the partner's product rather than ours.

Security and access

• Connects with a Wialon API token — your Wialon username and password are never stored.
• The token is issued by Wialon's own authorization page, not by us.
• Revocable at any time from the Wialon side, which cuts the connection immediately.
• Sign-in is a one-time code to a work email rather than a stored password.
• Wialon remains the source of truth; FleetTAB reads from it and does not hold a second copy of the fleet.
